  • Refund or Replacement will be given only when the customer does not answer your call or his/her number is switched off for more than 24 hours.
  • Lead has to be reported within 48Hours of Purchase.
  • Lead Replacement will be given only to app members.
  • Silver Members can avail up to 3 Lead Replacements.
  • Gold Members can avail up to 5 Lead Replacements.
  • Diamond Members can avail up to 7 Lead Replacements.
  • Non Members will not get any replacements.
